You may request a full refund of your Litescope Pro subscription within 14 days of the original purchase date. Because Litescope offers a free tier to evaluate the product before buying, refund requests made after this window cannot generally be honored.
Pro is an annual subscription that renews automatically. You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Renewal charges are not automatically refunded, so please cancel before your renewal date if you do not wish to continue. If a renewal caught you by surprise, contact us — we review these case by case.
