These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Litescope (the "Software"), a SQLite operations toolchain consisting of a command-line interface and a desktop application, operated by Crode ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the Software, or by purchasing a Pro license, you agree to these Terms.
Litescope is distributed as a compiled binary. A free tier is available for individual and internal use. A paid "Pro" tier unlocks additional features and is sold as an annual subscription. The Software runs locally on your machine; it connects to our license server only to verify your license key.
Payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, payment processing, and applicable taxes. The Pro subscription is billed annually at the price shown at checkout and renews automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
You agree to use the Software lawfully and only on databases you are authorized to access. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups; while the Software includes backup and rollback safeguards, you use destructive operations (such as migrations) at your own risk.
The Software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any data loss, downtime, or indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Software. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your license in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the effective date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
